This announcement aims to inform visitors to the site of PROFILE STYLE 2018 Ltd. that in connection with the European Union Regulation on Personal Data Protection, PROFILE STYLE 2018 Ltd. will apply rules for personal data protection, which will regulate the use and storage of personal data provided to the company. As a personal data administrator PROFILE STYLE 2018 Ltd. meets all the requirements of the new regulation by collecting data necessary for the provision of its services and stores them responsibly and legally.

    • This Privacy Policy is intended to regulate the relationship in the processing of personal data between PROFILE STYLE 2018 Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”, owner of the website: https://profilstil2018.eu, hereinafter referred to as “Website”, and each of the users, hereinafter referred to as “User (s)”, on the Website, in connection with the User’s use of the Website.
  2. Supplier’s Data
    • PROFILE STYLE 2018 Ltd. is a legal entity registered under the Commercial Act. The registered office and the address of management are: town of Kocherinovo, 5 Kalin Str.
  3. Objectives and Grounds for Personal Data Processing
    • The collection of personal data of users is related to and is used only for feedback from them based on the preparation of quotes or inquiries to which we shall respond, as well as for job applications, where the information provided serves only to identify and assess the candidates regarding the requested job position.

    • The supplier, through its Internet page, collects, stores and processes personal data of the Users only in connection with its activity in accordance with the requirements on Personal Data Protection Act of Republic Bulgaria.
    • The Supplier implements measures for protection of the personal data of the User in accordance with the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
    • The supplier does not use or process personal data of User on a discriminatory basis.
    • User’s personal data will be used for certification communication upon inquires made or job applications generated.
    • The Provider does not disclose, sell, exchange or in any other way provide to third parties the information collected by the Website during visits to the User, except when required by applicable law and / or by a competent authority authorized by law, but always in compliance with the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.

    • In the general case with regard to the company’s clients, we collect from you the following type of personal data: your individual data, telephone number, permanent address, and worksite address, in order to fulfill the commitment that the User wishes us to perform on the construction and installation works, based on which identified are GPS coordinates about the worksite and, with regards to our activity, in connection with our pre-contractual relations and with the signing of a contract.
