HPL

HPL literally means high pressure laminate. It is an extremely robust and difficult to process material, but on the other hand it is the perfect solution for coatings that require impact resistance and increased stability. They are very easy to maintain as they do not retain dirt. The color range of HPL decors is extremely rich and this allows a harmonious combination with any other elements of the interior or exterior. It is waterproof and this makes it suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms and outdoor applications. It is resistant to household chemicals and is durable, which makes it suitable for use in hotels, offices, public places. The HPL ventilated facade is the best solution for thermal insulation, combined with solving the problem of moisture and condensation. This allows great savings in energy consumption.

Aluminum composite panels – bond

Bond is a sandwich composite material, consisting of a polyethylene base, glued on both sides with fine aluminum sheets. The resulting sheet is durable and easy to install. It is a suitable solution for interior and exterior cladding in new premises and offices of companies. In addition to RAL colors, the bond is available in chameleon colors, as well as decors imitating wood, stone, marble. Aluminum panels do not deform and are extremely wind resistant. Withstand low temperatures and heat. They are lighter compared to the same thickness of pure aluminum sheet, but have the same strength and durability as it. In architecture, it leads to energy-efficient buildings due to the “non-aluminum” core, which acts as a barrier when used in ventilated facades. The material is hard, light, durable and has good insulating properties, which makes it ideal for dry and wet rooms.

Applications: ventilated facades, ceilings, column cladding, partition walls, boxes, signs, etc.

Features: resistant to corrosion and UV rays, does not oxidize, retains the characteristics of the material indefinitely, low deformation, transforms into various forms, has a high melting point, thermal insulator, allows to make large and strong structures.

Fiber cement panels

Fiber cement panels are a composite material based on cement and cellulose fibers. As additives, small fractions of sand or minerals can be added, which determines the appearance of the boards. This type of facade offers countless textures and colors to choose from to achieve the perfect finish. Fiber cement is non-combustible and compatible with all types of walls. It is impact resistant, durable and requires minimal maintenance, making it preferred for large buildings, shopping and community centers. It is a semi-rigid material that provides sufficient strength and at the same time has some elasticity. It is resistant to moisture and rot, termites and has refractory properties.

Curtain wall system VIVA CW50

The system profile width is 50 mm, designed for both standard cap facades and structural facades. It is available with four types of columns – 65 mm, 115 mm, 146 mm and 157 mm, as well as with three types of crossbars – small, 55 mm and 105 mm. The installation of the crossbars is possible both on the column-crossbar-column system and the installation of the columns and then sliding the crossbars. In the case of the structural façade, the spacer and the spacer key are placed around the entire perimeter of the glazing, after which they are filled with silicone on top.
